How the Server Room Partition works.
Step 1
Fit the Ceiling and floor rails.
The ceiling rail is fixed using screws which are driven into
grounds fitted on the up side of the ceiling tiles. Pre punched
holes are supplied in the rails for the purpose.
Using a plumb line the floor rails are positioned vertically underneath the ceiling rail. The floor rails are fixed using screws driven into the floor tiles. Pre punched holes are supplied in the rails forthe purpose. There are no rails at the door positions
Step 2
Insert the wall and door modules where required.
The wall and door modules are inserted into the top rail at a slight angle and lifted high enough so as to clear the floor rail. They are then dropped over the floor rail thereby hiding it and securing the module from lateral movement
Step 3
Secure all the modules.
Use the special M8 tie rods to join the modules to each other. There are 3 in each pillar. Use the special countersunk version to secure the door frames where required.
Step 4
Fit the access control equipment.
Fit the access control equipment to the pre punched openings in the doors. Space is provided in the door frame headers to accommodate the control units.
